May 2026 Product Update – Better Permissions, Clearer Audit Trails & Cleaner Scheduling Details

May tends to be one of those months where plans move quickly. Teams are preparing for summer events, reviewing processes, and making sure the right people have access to the right information.

This month’s updates focus on visibility, accountability, and making everyday workflows a little smoother.

You can now give reporting users access to billing information, see exactly who was affected by changes in your audit logs, and enjoy a cleaner scheduling experience in the iOS app.

Here’s what’s new:

1. Reporting Users Can Now Access the Billing Page

Not everyone who needs billing information should have full administrative access.

To make permissions more flexible, reporting users can now access the Billing page without requiring broader account privileges.

This is especially useful for finance teams, operations managers, or stakeholders who need visibility into invoices and account details but don’t need access to event configuration settings.

It’s a small permission update that makes collaboration easier while helping maintain the right level of access across your team.

2. Audit Reports Now Show the Target User for Every Action

When reviewing audit logs, context matters.

We’ve improved audit reports to include the target user associated with each action, giving you a clearer picture of what happened, who performed the action, and who was affected.

Whether you’re investigating a change, validating permissions, or maintaining compliance records, this added level of detail makes it easier to trace activity across your account.

No more guessing which user was impacted. The information is now available directly within your audit reports.

3. Cleaner Scheduling Details on iOS

Scheduling information should be easy to read, especially when you’re checking details on the go.

We’ve reorganized the fields within scheduling details on iOS and automatically hide any fields that don’t contain information.

The result is a cleaner layout that surfaces what’s relevant and removes unnecessary clutter from the screen.

It’s a simple improvement, but one that makes navigating schedules faster and more intuitive for attendees and event teams alike.

Sometimes the most valuable updates aren’t the ones that introduce entirely new workflows. They’re the ones that make existing workflows easier.

With these improvements, it’s simpler to manage permissions, track account activity, and navigate scheduling details without distractions.

These updates are live and ready to use.
