When attendees book meetings, timing and clarity matter.
We’ve improved meeting notification details and updated the push notification experience so attendees can jump directly to their Meetings tab when they receive a meeting-related alert.
Instead of searching through the app to find the meeting they just booked, users can access the relevant information immediately.
It’s a small change that helps keep networking momentum moving and reduces friction during busy event days.
2. Add More Context to Speaker Categories
Not all speaker categories tell the full story on their own.
You can now add descriptions to speaker categories, helping attendees better understand the expertise, background, or focus area associated with each category.
We’ve also added a visibility toggle for the Website Builder, giving you full control over whether those categories appear on your event website.
This makes it easier to organize speakers behind the scenes while deciding exactly how much information you want attendees to see.
3. Create Your Own Session Track Order
Every event has a different agenda strategy.
Until now, session tracks followed a default order. With this update, you can now enable custom track ordering and arrange tracks in the sequence that makes the most sense for your event.
Whether you’re prioritizing keynote content, organizing tracks by audience type, or highlighting sponsor sessions, you have more control over how attendees experience your agenda.
4. New Carousel Widget for the Landing Page Builder
Event websites often need more than static content.
We’ve added a new Carousel Widget to the Landing Page Builder, making it easier to showcase images, sponsors, featured speakers, event highlights, testimonials, or promotional content in a more dynamic format.
Instead of relying on separate sections for every visual element, you can now present multiple pieces of content in a single interactive space.
It’s a simple addition that gives event websites more flexibility without adding complexity to the build process.
5. Improved Sponsor and Exhibitor Visibility on iOS
Sponsors and exhibitors play a major role in the event experience, and attendees need quick access to their information.
We’ve improved the Sponsors and Exhibitors layout within schedule details on iOS, making the information easier to view and navigate.
The updated layout helps attendees discover relevant partners more easily while creating a cleaner browsing experience inside the mobile app.
6. Allow Additional Ticket Purchases After Registration
Attendee plans change.
Sometimes someone registers first and decides later to add another ticket, purchase access for a colleague, or bring a guest.
With this update, attendees can now purchase subtickets after submitting the initial purchase form.
This creates a more flexible registration experience and reduces the need for manual support requests when registration needs evolve after the first transaction.
